Cauliflower Growing Notes
Summer and Autumn Cauliflowers should be sown in March, April and May, and Winter Cauliflowers should be planted in May and June.
Sow in good fertile soil, preferable soil that has been prepared with a green manure.
Plant out in a grid format 60cm apart after sowing in a greenhouse.
Thin as required
Harvest by cutting with a sharp knife, keeping some leaves attached for protection. Hang upside down in the garage to store.
