Rhubarb Information

Rhubarb Growing Notes
Buy plants or plant offsets rather than seeds, for a more reliable plant. Plant offsets in winter, or potted plants in spring. Block plant 80cm apart.
Rhubarb can be forced using pots placed over the roots in early spring, but this should not be done every year.
Pick a few red stems as and when required. Rhubarb can be frozen raw or cooked and frozen.
