Leek Information

Leek Growing Notes
Sow in mid to late spring at a depth of 1cm. As they grow build a pile or earth around the Leek to blanch the stems.
Thin the crops to a distance of 6''.
List the leeks with a fork to prevent the stems from snapping. Harvest when required, as Leeks will stay fresh in the ground untill lifting.
