Globe Artichokes Growing Notes
Sowing
Plant offsets of globe artichokes 80cm apart and 3cm deep, or plant seeds 15cm apart and thin as required. After 1st year replant seedlings the same as the offsets.
Pruning & Thining
Keep well watered and feed regularly.
Harvesting
Harvest in the second year. Cut the heads while still green.
