Jerusalem Artichokes Growing Notes
Sowing
Can be sown in rows 40-50cm apart and at a depth of 15cm. Or alternativly set aside a patch of ground 150cm square as an Jerusalem Artichoke patch.
Pruning & Thining
Remove dead flower heads. Keep patch weed free, and stake the plants in strong winds
Harvesting
When the plants die back cut them down and fork up the tubers. Store in dark cool place.
